About the Job

LAST NEIGHBOR (OCP) Male | 30s – 50s | Any Ethnicity Who The Neighbor Is: He’s the unfortunate homeowner who looks out his window, checks the block, and realizes a second too late that every single yard in the neighborhood has been mowed except his own. He delivers the hilarious "button" of the spot—that desperate, frantic "No, no, no, no, no!" moment as the realization hits. What We’re Looking For: Grounded Physical Comedy: We need an actor who can land a big, expressive reaction while keeping it rooted in believable human experience. Strong visual comedy and expressive energy are key. Vibe: Approachable, everyday suburban neighbor. Mandatory Equipment Requirement: Prior experience operating a zero-turn mower is required. Even though his beat relies heavily on physical comedy and realization, he needs to be 100% comfortable, confident, and natural handling zero-turn equipment. Please make sure talent explicitly confirms their zero-turn experience in their submission notes.
